How to use the vibration tester?

Method of use

1 . Place test product in center of vibration table

2 . Twist the wrench to loosen the nut on the positioning bar

3 . With both hands moving in parallel, tap the test product and tighten the nuts

4 . Power on

5 . Turn on the console POWER switch (left side, right side open)

6 . Starter motor press START button (green light)

7 . Adjustment timer ( 00M00/ minute) ( 00M00/ hour)

For example: 05M00 working time is 5 minutes (automatic shutdown)

         01H00 working time is 1 hour (automatic shutdown)

8 . Regulator speeds from left to right

Note: The minimum speed is not less than 100 revolutions

         The maximum speed does not exceed 300 revolutions

9 . Press the STOP button (red light) after the test is completed.
