Trap 3: The ball-end pen has a shelf life of two years, and the inferior ink has dried up in a few months.

Trap 4: The standard writing angle of the ballpoint pen is 47 degrees. The inferior pen tip or inferior ink can only be written when it is vertical. Trap 5: The ballpoint pen and the gel pen are made of plastic. The cap of the inferior product is easy to slip, the pen and the pen cover are not in contact with the bayonet, and the glue is not bonded. The tension of the plastic itself is contacted. It is easy to fall off; it is also easy to top off when the tail plug is written hard. The production lines of these factories are almost all paid by piece. Even if there is a quality system, the inspection of the process and the end of the process will not be carried out, and the quality system will be ineffective.

Trap 6: The gel pen is an emerging product. There is no national standard at present. Due to the immature technology and production process, ink condensation, coarsening and crystallization are prone to occur. Many manufacturers do not know how to work hard, especially the nominal 0.5mm or 0.38mm needle gel pen, most products will not be written after 3-5 months.

Trap Seven: Inferior ink not only does not write smoothly or can not write, but also there is the phenomenon of spitting ink or water seepage, often there is no problem when looking at the sample, but the goods are not right after the payment, there are many problems. Trap eight: Inferior gel pens in addition to the problem of ink, there are also inferior materials used in the ball, the inner cavity of the pen tip is rough, the tail plug oil can not follow, the sealing edge of the pen tip is elastic and the seal is not good, etc. There will be problems during storage for a long time or during transportation or use.
