Brief Analysis of J2101 Paper Feeding Failure and Solving Skills

J2101 machine failure: When the paper reaches the paper feed roller, the paper feed roller presses once and the paper stops. When the paper feed roller rotates by about 10°, the paper moves forward. Each time the pause is long or short, it causes the paper to arrive early or late. The result is that the paper is completely smashed.

Estimates may be due to the following reasons:

1. The feed roller swing motion does not match the delivery nozzle;

2. The suction nozzle is still inhaling when it moves to the end;

3, Feida transmission problems.

However, after inspection, the above possibilities were all eliminated and there are two doubts:

First, the feed roller swing cam wear;

Second, the force of the two roller springs is too small.

Increase the cam with tape, and then replace the two powerful springs. Test the machine and start to feed a few sheets of paper. Then it is the same as the original one.

The reason for this is that the paper trailing portion is thick.

Then put the 01 machine to the paper stacker flat (the original direction of the tractor is 2cm higher than the direction of the cornice), and then loosen the square head screw that connects the rail to the swing arm. When the cam turns to the lowest surface, the roller is pressed down and has a certain amount of strength. The small square head screws are tightened and the limit screws are mobilized. Repeated test machine, the failure no longer exists.

When the feed roller is pressed down, the position of the feed screw is not normal, resulting in non-standard operation of the feed roller. Therefore, the mechanical parts must be adjusted as required. And in daily work, we must maintain a good machine, especially the 01 machine, we must regularly check whether the various parts of the screw is loose, the relative lubrication of each movement is in place, whether the technical parameters of each part can meet the requirements.
