American scientists develop new packaging materials for fast food

Recently, the research results presented at the American Chemical Society meeting showed that at present, American scientists have developed a new kind of packaging fast food, namely, a fast food box made from the fiber elements of wheat straw and the starch in wheat grains. The packaging box is not only completely biodegradable, but also has a longer holding time than commonly used cardboard packaging boxes and potato starch packaging boxes, and is inexpensive. Discarded containers not only do not pollute the environment, but they can also be converted into fertilizers. The application prospects are very promising.
