Royal Special Forces Training Manual (chapter 7)

War on terror

In all special airline missions,

Anti-subversion war can attract the public's attention. This is mainly due to the high transparency of the Princeton operation. This action attracted the public's attention to the special air traffic mission. At the same time, public opinion vividly described the special airline regiments who leaned on the side of the building in black.

Most of the special air force regiments have conducted anti-terrorist warfare. It is one of the most exciting and exciting aspects of the life of a special aircrew. Every day, in the murder house, there are echoes of the special Air Corps soldiers fighting for hostage training. Apart from these, what is the essence and composition of anti-terrorism training? As a new player, what do you expect to learn from there? First, it briefly introduces the history of counterterrorism. Although the events of the massacre of Olympic athletes in Munich in 1972 prompted the formation of an anti-subversive warfare wing, but long before that, the special air traffic missions were completely involved in anti-terrorist operations. In the late 1960s, Northern Ireland’s sectarian and anti-military violence and the protection of the head of state’s foreign visits made the special air traffic mission fully involved in the training of terrorist incidents at home and abroad. However, there is no clear distinction between such alert and other tasks performed by the special air traffic mission. The Munich massacre prompted the special air traffic missions, like many international military and police units, to formally form special units to deal with new terrorist threats. The 1973 Anti-Turkish Warfare Alliance (CRW) was formally established.

Since 1973, the anti-subversion warfare wing has become an integral part of the life and combat of special air traffic missions. Today, the anti-subversive warfare wing has been in training and alert status, and its personnel are on duty in rotation according to the roster. However, as long as the unit is divided into two groups, namely group A and group B. One group conducted training exercises in Herford, while the other group went on duty or training. No matter what, the anti-subversion warfare wing should maintain its 24-hour alert and be prepared to deal with notable domestic and international emergencies. (The domestic situation of seeking help is generally from the police and is usually recommended or intervened by the government.)

The life of the anti-subversion wing is even more abundant than expected. Hostage rescue is, of course, a major training subject and is often conducted in the murder house. Although soldiers who have undergone further training will receive tactics for the killing house training, the anti-subversion wing team will increase their skills to a professional level. As we advance into the sunrise, every day and every time, the soldiers deal with different settings and plans in a smoke-filled murder house. The instructors have designed an unimaginable puzzle to see how he and his action team reacted. Visits by important people are also common, especially sensitive government members (including the Prime Minister) and members of the royal family. Visiting key personnel must actually participate in hostage rescue simulation exercises. This will put them on the scene. Many Royal members, including Prince Charles and Princess Diana, were sitting in one of the rooms and they were very calm. At this time, the special air mission team rushed in and used submachine guns to sweep the terrorists. It is very important to do so, and once this level of key personnel is taken hostage, they will know how to respond and assist the special air traffic mission to take hostage action. Protecting key personnel is the responsibility of the anti-subversion team. They also conducted all-around close protection training. These include defensive driving techniques to cope with crowded crowds while also imparting protective skills to the Royal Guard. The Royal Guard now participates in training courses in Herford.

Anti-terrorism training is still conducted in many other places. The Helford site has a training environment for aircraft cabins and train carriages. There is also a two-story “embassy” building for training purposes. In any case, anti-subversion wingmen often find themselves on the way out of Herford. This worldwide hostage rescue and counter-terrorism organization is still the first of the other existing military units. Therefore, communication with the best hostage rescue team in the world is also very common. For anti-subversion wingers, this may mean traveling with the German 9th Border Defense Corps or the US Delta Force. Because of respect, the anti-subversive United soldiers are more willing to go abroad for guidance than to accept guidance. In real life, advisors to special air missions often flew frequently to different countries and regions and made constructive suggestions on the situation around them.

Hostage rescue is the most beautiful aspect of the anti-subversion wing. However, new players may be surprised by other subjects in the training. Anti-subversion warfare is a more general concept. It also includes many other requirements, some of which are the same as the requirements of conventional soldiers. These include the pursuit of insurgents, ambushes, surveillance of terrorist organizations, psychological warfare in areas where terrorist activities are rampant, and the training of militia groups. Perhaps the most unrelenting task of the anti-subversion wing is to infiltrate the terrorist organization. Not everyone is suitable for this role. It usually requires a good command of the local language, customs, beliefs, and the ability to play this role. There are few people who can perform this role (it requires extraordinary courage and mental capacity to overcome various pressures). However, those who have linguistic and local accent talent are often the best candidates.

Naturally, the absolute diversity of the tasks of the anti-subversion wing means that new players must be familiar with a whole new set of equipment. Relieving the rescue of the hostage alone will require the use of weapons such as H&K MP5, offensive weapons, ladders, and stun bullets. However, the training of the anti-subversion wing will undoubtedly be the most glorious part of the special airline regiment's military career.
