What are the conditions for companies to declare green food signs?

Article 5 of the “Administrative Measures on Green Food Labeling” stipulates: “All units and individuals with green food production conditions can be regarded as applicants for the right to use green food labels”. With the development of the green food industry, the scope of applicants has been expanded. In order to further standardize management, the conditions for signing applicants are as follows:
1. The applicant must be able to control the production process of the product, implement the green food production operation procedures, and ensure that the product quality meets the green food standards.
2. The reporting company must have a certain scale and can bear the use fee of the green food logo.
3. Enterprises engaged in production management and service below the township and township level must, as applicants, have production bases and directly organize production; business operations and service enterprises above townships and towns must have a stable production base affiliated with the enterprise.
4. It takes more than one year for the production and operation of enterprises applying for processing products.
5. One of the following circumstances cannot be used as an applicant:
(1) Having economic and other interest relationships with the China Green Food Development Center and all levels of green food commission management institutions;
(2) Enterprises that can lead to misunderstandings or mistrust of the origin of products (raw materials), such as wholesale markets, grain stores, etc.;
(3) purely commercial enterprises;
(4) Government and administrative agencies.
