In the oil circuit, the lubrication of production equipment is an important part of equipment maintenance. Keeping the printer's oil path open is a matter of lubrication of the moving parts of the entire machine. It is necessary to regularly replace the oil and clean the oil filter device so that the oil flowing into the pipe does not contain impurities and block some of the oil lines. In particular, a needle roller bearing supporting a roller of a unit can cause long-term dry friction between the bearing and the roller shaft if there is no lubrication and cooling of the oil. In order to prevent the printed matter from getting dirty, the offset printing machine generally uses dusting. If the amount of dusting is too large and it cannot be cleaned in time, it will cause some troubles, such as failure of the automatic lifting device for paper delivery and damage of the shaft mechanism of the paper-reducing deceleration wheel. It is worth mentioning that the suction and deceleration wheels of the Heidelberg offset press delivery device, if the powders around the axle and the suction deceleration belt cannot be removed in time, the powder and the engine oil will be mixed to form sludge, and the sludge will stick and suck for a long time. The air-reducing axle does not rotate. In order to protect the motor that drives the deceleration wheel shaft, the gear in the deceleration mechanism is forced to peel off or sweep the teeth. The motor is related to the circuit of the dampening system. In the event of a failure, the whole machine will stop. To troubleshoot, you need to install a new gear. Heidelberg offset presses are equipped with many safety devices and are very sensitive. With a slight touch, the entire machine will stop working. Sometimes too much dust accumulates at the relay contacts inside the electrical control box of the machine, causing poor contact of the relay contacts and rendering the machine inoperable.

There are many other similar problems, such as the excessive accumulation of dust in the motor, the movement and reset of the image of the carbon brush holder, and the pressing force of the spring on the carbon brush on the carbon brush holder, so that the carbon brush and the commutator copper head Poor contact can also make the machine difficult to operate.

4, gas path

The four-color and five-color offset presses produced by Heidelberg in the late 1980s all use starters to control the cylinder clutch pressure, the ink roller, the water roller's printing plate, and the ink transfer roller's ink transfer. Each unit of the multi-color printing press has several 2/2-way control valves to control these actions. The control of the piston movement of the cylinder can realize the actions of the ink roller, the water roller separation plate, and the ink transfer roller. Sometimes, due to the water in the control valve or the air cylinder, the air valve seal may be damaged, which may cause the control valve or the air cylinder to leak. This makes the ink roller and the water roller from the bad situation. In addition, due to the accumulation of ink in the action control mechanism, these movable parts are not flexible in movement, which in turn increases the burden of the control valve and the gas cylinder, resulting in the control valve being vulnerable to damage and the piston of the gas cylinder being more easily deformed. In addition, due to the aging of the gas pipeline hose, the pipeline leaks, and the pipeline pressure drops rapidly, making the control valve unable to open, and the clutch pressure action cannot be completed. If the pressure is increased, the life of the image compressor will further accelerate the aging of the hose. Therefore, the problem of poor landing gears due to the change in the pressure of the valve or the air cylinder alone is not thorough, and these action mechanisms are frequently cleaned to maintain the flexibility of operation. To ensure that the gas path does not leak, no water is a long-term solution.
