4. The quality of raw materials purchased is not stable, and the ratio of the products after drying is not consistent with the original design process. It is better to buy corrugated cardboard, gray cardboard, and old newspapers, which are cut by fixed-point cartons.
5. Improper proportioning of beating pulp leads to high product breakage rate. Different slurry formulations should be selected according to the different paper mold structures.
6. The same set of water molds are used to produce products on different types of molding machines. There is a certain difference between the products, which leads to an increase in the rejection rate when the process is finished. The water model should be fixed as much as possible on the same type of molding machine.
7. Large deformation of the drying product affects the overall quality. Attention should be paid to the lightness of the entrance and release of the product and the angle of discharge of different products, and the drying curve should be controlled according to different products.
8. The humidity of the molded wet product is not well controlled during drying, resulting in a high rate of rejects. The best drying temperature for non-products should be mastered, and the dried products are generally suitable for 15-18% moisture.
9, a large number of products after drying, a long backlog of air drying for a long time, the product moisture content is low, the shrinkage is too large, the waste product rate is high. The long-term backlog of products after drying should be avoided, and the remodeling of dry products should be controlled.
10, Insufficient operating experience of the entire type of workmanship, inaccurate shaping techniques, and high rejection rate.
