Overprinting troubleshooting example

A four-way offset printing machine has a slight movement of the rules of the transmission surface, or take the paper is not in place, or take the paper too much, a difference of about 0.2mm. Check the height of the pre-regulatory rules and find that the regulation of the transmission is a little skewed.
Analysis: The front regulation of the transmission is skewed, so that the two front gauges are not on the same straight line. When the brush wheel pressure is heavy, it will take the paper too much, and if it is lighter, the paper will not be fed. After adjusting so that the two front gauges are on the same straight line, there will be no running rules when the machine is retested.
