Since the rounding device has a distance from the final forming wheel in the design, the minimum value of this distance is generally above 50 mm. Whenever a shaped U-shaped workpiece enters a workpiece before or after the wheel device, it cannot be bent into an arc. Therefore, the finished product barrel hoop has straight segments at both ends, and some have wooden wrinkles, which affect the appearance quality.
