(1) The requirements of uv varnish hybrid technology for printing hardware are similar to water-based varnish hybrid technology. It needs to be printed on high-gloss paper, and requires more than 5 + 1 printing equipment. The operation is similar, but the drying method is ultraviolet curing drying. , Hardware requirements are higher;
(2) Adjust the contrast effect of branches and highlights and adjust the contrast effect of matt to highlights by adjusting the amount of ink on the oily uv varnish. 4. Application of mfx technology

The mfx technology is a kind of metal color effect that can be printed using ordinary five-color printing, including complex metal colors such as transition levels of metal colors. The ordinary printing method generally uses spot color inks to print one by one for various metal colors. Solved, but it is not ideal for the gradation transition printing effect. The effect of printing metal spot colors using mfx technology is very ideal.

(1) Printing substrates require high-gloss substrates, such as substrates such as coated paper;
(2) Five-color inks are silver, yellow, magenta, cyan, and black. Among them, silver ink requires high brightness and strong surface binding ability; four-color ink requires high brightness, saturation and transparency;

Pearlescent materials are mainly divided into the following categories:

1. Pearlescent powder: Pearlescent powder is divided into ordinary powdery pearlescent materials and pearlescent balls dispersed with soft resin. The colors are mainly silver, bright gold, metallic, rainbow interference colors and chameleon series. Among them, pearlescent powder is based on the direction of use There is a difference in particle size from the use effect.
