Laser printers, inkjet printers, and dry thermal sublimation printers can all be used for digital proofing. These devices can basically meet the requirements of the vast majority of newspaper proofing.

If there is a situation that needs to be supplemented, it may be convenient to process the exposure data through the DMX monitoring platform. Both the single sheet and the entire plate can be re-exposed.

The patented unique plate system DMX system uses a true bright room upper plate system, and the operation requires only one minute of the large area to easily put a whole box into the machine. There is no longer any manual adjustment required for the entire version. The operator only needs to use a hydraulic forklift to push a box of plates into the DMX. After this, the entire system will run fully automatically, including automatically inserting the liners between the plates.

Exposure and Resolution The DMX system has preset settings for 12 commonly used exposure resolutions. In fact, the DMX system can perform exposure work at any resolution between 900 dpi and 2540 dpi, and the highest number of hanging lines can reach 178 lpi. This technology enables DMX systems to have higher quality, higher productivity, and greater flexibility than traditional workflows and equipment.

Reducing preparation time on the press When the DMX system is producing four-ply or split plates, the plate size and punch type can be set exactly to the customer's requirements. The DMX system can implement built-in punching. The plate is positioned on the punching table in the machine using three-point positioning, and the position is checked by the electronic system in the exposure drum. In this way, the accuracy of work between all types of jobs, between plates and plates, and between days can be fully guaranteed.

In addition, the DMX system will expose the entire media. This allows the system to generate bar codes and various types of print ladders on the non-printed areas of the media. With the bar code, the system can effectively manage the plate post-processing equipment, thereby further expanding the production capacity of the CTP process. Due to the ability to produce high-quality images on the plate and allow good alignment between the plates, the DMX system greatly reduces the press's setup time.

The high-speed, flexible and stable system DMX system is equipped with an exposure unit and a master station as standard. The RIP that provides exposure data for the DMX system can be any RIP that can generate BITMAP TIFF format data. The commonly used ADOBE RIIP, Harlequin RIP, Founder NT RIP, or Hua RIP RIP soft-RIP in the market can be used to directly promote DMX without using special software and special interfaces. It can even use multiple identical or different ones. RIP sends data to the DMX system at the same time, which further improves the efficiency of DMX usage.
