Measuring P2P chart
Select one or more good proofs (after drying, select the closest to the standard value) to measure the single black version in the fourth column and the three-color version in the fifth column. The latest P2P chart (P2P23 ×) will allow you to use manual measurements or use automatic equipment such as EYEONE PRO or X-RITE DTP70 to measure. In the method of drawing a chart, the automatic measurement file must be converted into a neutral density value.
At least two sets of gray scale values ​​need to be measured from different parts of different proofs, and then averaged.
Note: If the manual density meter is used for manual measurement, the display screen needs to be set to "image density" and the whiteness of the substrate or paper to be measured is 0. If the measurement value is not 0, you can subtract the density value of the background color of the substrate after the density measurement value is obtained (measured at the whitest place of the sample).
