2, temperature change color ink

Appearance discoloration morphology: colored at low temperatures, colorless at high temperatures. Available colors are red, rose, pink, vermilion, orange, yellow, yellow green, grass green, sky blue, turkish blue, blue, dark blue, black and so on.

Temperature interval setting: from -15 degrees Celsius to 75 degrees Celsius. Different temperature ranges can be set depending on the needs of various products. The general color change temperature setting range is from 2 degrees Celsius to 10 degrees Celsius, and the color density gradually decreases from low temperature to high temperature until it is nearly transparent.

3, photosensitive color ink

4, luminous ink

In order to reduce the precipitation of luminous powder, it is necessary to use high-viscosity resin, or add anti-settling agent, and stir evenly before use. Diluents can be used to adjust the viscosity, do not use heavy metal compounds as additives;

In order to improve the brightness and light-emitting time of the printed image, the printed background should be dominated by white or reflective colors;

Screen printing, in order to obtain better luminous effect, the mesh is best for 80-120 mesh;

The thickness of paint and ink is preferably not less than 100um, such as 130-150um, the best effect (this thickness can be achieved by 80 mesh screen printing twice);

The recommended amount of luminous powder is 10% to 60% of the total weight. The more the amount is, the better the luminous effect is. According to different printing materials, different types of transparent inks are selected. For example, the metal material for printing should be selected for the special metal ink, and the PVC material for printing should be PVC. Special ink, and the higher the transparency, the better the effect;

If you need to use water-based paints and inks, luminous powders must be wrapped with special microcapsules to provide durability.

5, LCD ink

6, scent ink
