(17) After repairing and maintaining the machine, tools and articles should be collected and checked for safety.
(18) When adding ink with an ink shovel, do not place the ink knife too flat or use excessive force to prevent accidents.
(19) Strictly abide by the post responsibility system. You must not open the machine without operating the machine yourself. New workers must obtain the consent of the captain and the operator to learn the technology. The operator must be present to guide the operation.
