1. Main paper pile problem

There are usually three kinds of problems in the main paper stack: unable to move left and right, unable to move up and down, and sometimes non-stop. Let me tell you how to solve it separately.

A. Move left and right: First look at the operation panel of the Feida operation surface. The value reflecting the amount of left and right movement of the stack is normal. The normal value should be between -20 and +20. If this value is no longer within this range, It means that the signal of the potentiometer controlling the position of the paper stack is interrupted. At this time, check the potentiometer of the control paper stack (together with the motor). Usually this potentiometer is not easy to damage. Most of the connection wires are broken. Check the connection to eliminate the fault. Of course, if the connection is intact and the potentiometer has a problem with the measurement, then a new potentiometer needs to be replaced. If the display value mentioned above is normal, then there is a problem with the motor. You can check whether the insurance of the motor power supply is damaged. Normally, either the insurance is broken or the line connecting the motor is broken. After careful inspection , This problem can be solved.

B. Up-and-down movement: For shafted Feida, it is not possible to move up and down. It is relatively simpler. It is nothing more than the motor protection switch in the Feida electric box is tripped. If there is no power supply, reset the corresponding switch to exclude. Sometimes, the feeder can only be lowered and cannot be raised. In this case, you need to check whether the limit for controlling the stack of paper is normal in front of the next feeder. Normally, the black mushroom head limit in front of Feida is not reset, let it pop out and reset, and the fault can be eliminated. If it still cannot be removed, you can see whether the sensor switch indicator of the limit is normal. If it is abnormal, check The circuit and the sensor are excluded one by one. Sometimes, Feida cannot descend to the bottom, and stops when it is 10 cm above the ground. The reason for this problem is actually caused by the left and right movements mentioned above. This is to see the above-mentioned numerical display of -20 to +20, which is definitely not normal. The working principle of the paper stack is that during the descending process, the paper stack hits the limit switch of the transmission surface when the paper stack stops, and the paper stack stops moving to the center position automatically, and the value displayed on the panel should be 0, until this process is completed, the paper stack can continue to descend to the bottom. Therefore, to solve this problem, we must first eliminate the problem that the paper stack cannot move left and right. If the electrical components that control the left and right movement of the paper pile are damaged, and there are no new accessories temporarily, there can be a destructive method: it is to remove the limit switch that stops when the paper pile drops to 10 cm, and the paper pile can be turned straight bottom.! ! ! ! ! But please pay attention to the security zone: Feida operator's feet should never be placed under the paper stack iron plate, it is very dangerous, so this method is temporary and must be dealt with in time, safety first !!!!!

C. Keep moving: What I said here, keep moving means that the pile of paper is in the process of ascent. Normally, when the ascent reaches the limit, it should stop by itself. Sometimes, the pile of paper After contacting the limit, it will not stop and continue to move. At this time, most of the problems are caused by the limit, which can be determined by switching the paper detection method: front-end scanning and back-end scanning. Use this to determine which of the scanned sensors has a problem. However, the scanner that should often go wrong is not broken, but it is too dirty, which affects the work. It can be normal after wiping it clean. If it is still invalid, you need to check the line to determine whether the sensor is damaged.

2. The secondary paper pile problem

There are relatively few problems with the secondary paper stack, mainly due to two problems: operation problems and the problem of being unable to connect to the main paper stack.

A. Operation problems Please refer to the operating instructions provided with the original machine for the specific operation. It should be noted that the plunger in the middle must be inserted, and must be in place, otherwise the limit on the rear bracket cannot work, causing the secondary paper stack to fail Work, if it still does not work properly after being inserted correctly, please check whether the limit of the rear bracket is normal.

B. Unable to connect. After doing the above operations and checks, it still does not work properly. Please check whether the sensors on the front and rear brackets are normal. It can be judged by looking at the indicator light of the sensor on the rear bracket. Check by inserting the front bracket and seeing the light of the sensor light on and off, which is often too dirty or caused by the wrong position.

3 separator (Feida head) problem

There are also two main problems: the up and down movement is abnormal, and the nozzle is windless.

A. Up and down movement problem If you cannot move up and down manually, please check whether the connection of the motor that controls the movement is intact and whether the motor is damaged. Sometimes the separator will continue to move in a certain direction, but there is a problem with the limit sensor in that direction. Check the connection and the sensor to solve the problem. If there is no replacement of parts temporarily, it can correspond to the electrical drawing and short the signal. ! ! ! However, please pay attention to the up and down movement of the Feida head during the operation process, because the protection has been lost at this time, it is recommended to restore it to the normal state as soon as possible, and replace the broken sensor. ! ! !

B. No wind problem of the suction nozzle For this problem, please first check whether the air pump is working, and then check whether the paper stack rises to the correct position. The sensor head in front of the paper stack must be blocked by the paper stack. When the machine starts to run the paper feed program, Nozzle wind began to serve. As mentioned above, it is normal. Open the cover of the Feida transmission surface to see if the relay controlling the wind is normal, or directly remove the two black air pipes leading to the separator to see if there is wind. If they are normal, please open the cover of the separator to see if the internal connection duct is broken. In many cases, the suction nozzle has no suction, which is caused by the internal connection duct being broken.

Shaftless feeder

Shaftless Feida mainly uses 4 motors (main paper stack motor, auxiliary paper stack motor, separator motor, cardboard feeder motor) and 4 controllers to complete a series of functions of Feida, so the mechanical structure has a shaft Feida is much simpler and more complicated in terms of electrical appliances. The above-mentioned secondary stack problem and separator problem are also fully applicable to this feeder. The problem of the left and right movement of the main paper pile and the non-stop problem is also fully applicable. The up and down movement of the main paper stack needs to be explained.

A very common failure of the main stack is that the main stack is not balanced. At this time, the main paper stack can move up and down within a certain range, but the stroke is not enough to reach the bottom. At this time, you need to enter the second interface of the computer and make adjustments in accordance with Feida.

Specific steps are as follows:

1. At the computer keyboard of the console, press the three keys Ctrl + Alt + P simultaneously to enter the second interface.

2. Click the button "Feida" (or press F3), and then click the button "Servo Control" on the next interface (or press F8), see the second line of this interface, there is a red button behind the stack balance switch, this The red button at turns green with the mouse.

3. Go to the machine feeder and do the following steps. (1) Move the secondary paper stack to the upper limit position. (2) Move the lower secondary paper stack slightly downward, that is, without touching the upper limit sensor. (3) Move the main paper stack to the top limit position, and then move the main paper stack just to leave this limit position, that is, do not touch the top limit switch. (4) Press the lower button of the main stack again, the stack will keep descending, and it will stop automatically about 1 meter above the ground. (5) Continue to move the main paper stack down, it will automatically stop when it is 120mm above the ground. (6) Move the main paper stack to the bottom, the chain just slack, do not move to the bottom limit position of the chain. (7) Simultaneously press and hold the two buttons "Paper stack stop" and "Main stack down" once. (8) Move the secondary paper stack to the bottom limit position and install the secondary paper stack bracket. (9) Move the main paper stack upward until it just hits the tray.

4. After completing the above, go to the console computer, change the button that has just turned green to red again, and exit the second session (press the three keys mentioned above again).
