VINI MATT dot printing ink

VINI MATT dot printing inks are inks used in color separation printing. They have the property of not blocking meshes and the fast drying of inks after printing. It has good reproducibility and excellent resistance to back pressure and adhesion.

Recommended use PVC light box cloth, plexiglass, soft PVC adhesive, rigid PVC, etc.

Good stability on version 1 is good. The plate will not block the net when placed at 25°C for 5 minutes.

2 The ink has good drying properties after printing.

3 Strong adhesion, excellent resistance to back pressure and adhesion.

5-cylinder printing presses, double-barrel roller presses, and other high-speed printing have excellent suitability.

6 Due to good transparency in all colors, it can be printed in yellow.

7 Oil, alcohol and chemical resistance.

8 Lightfastness is good. The exposure outside the house is about 1 year.

How to use 1 Divide the ink with Vernon's slow-drying solvent (standard, slow-drying) before printing.

2 To reduce the density of the ink, add a dot printing varnish.

Touch drying time: 25°C about 10 minutes

Version Cleaning Use the #10 cleaning solvent produced by Sakai Co., Ltd. to clean the screen.

Standard color Yellow, red, blue, black, colorless varnish.
