8. The user should promptly add toner to the copier when the copier panel displays the red light plus powder signal. If the toner is not added in time, it may cause the copier to malfunction or produce powder-impact noise. When adding toner, shake the toner and follow the instructions. Do not use substitute powder (pseudo-powder), otherwise it will cause problems such as flying powder, bottom ash, and shortening the service life of the carrier. Moreover, due to the high rate of waste powder it produces, the actual copy quantity is less than 2/3 of the true powder. .

9. Add paper to the copier. Before adding copy paper, check whether the paper is dry and clean. Then, straighten the copy paper and stack it neatly and put it into the paper tray with the same size and size. The paper in the tray must not exceed the thickness allowed by the copier. In the south, where moisture is relatively high, some desiccant may be placed in the place where the paper is placed to prevent the paper from being wet and the copier to be used improperly.

10. In the event of an abnormality, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the relevant maintenance personnel should be notified. Abnormal conditions include: overheating, water intake, abnormal noise, etc. If the copier jam should avoid reaching out immediately to remove the paper, make sure that the copier has cooled down before removing the paper.
