Blood and fire report

Safety production is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises, the need to ensure the safety of employees, the need to ensure the quality and efficiency of production, and the need to protect the profits of enterprises. Compared with other production enterprises, the printing [encyclopedia] enterprise is characterized by multi-process, multi-variety, high-speed rotating parts of the working machine, multi-rubber products of pressure mechanism, and many production raw materials and finished products are flammable and explosive. Therefore, the safety production problems of printing companies are more prominent than other industries.

In order to investigate and analyze the current situation of China's printing enterprise safety production, and explore ways for printing enterprises to strengthen production safety work, the author uses modern network search technology and tools to print safety production accidents, printing work accidents, etc. as search keyword policies and regulations, through Google Search on well-known portals such as Sohu and Baidu, focusing on the statistics and analysis of more than 200 print production safety accidents exposed online since 2004. Although these accidents are far from all the safety accidents of printing companies in recent years, the relevant distribution will not completely correspond to the actual situation. However, through these data, we can qualitatively analyze the status quo and trends of security incidents in printing enterprises. Seek appropriate countermeasures and strive to achieve safe production in the first place.

1. Network exposure over the years First, let's take a look at the distribution of the safety exposures of 230 printing companies in the network exposure over the years. This can directly reflect the increasing trend of numbers year by year, for the following reasons:

1 In recent years, the printing industry has flourished, the number of printing companies and printing business has increased, and the probability of accidents has increased accordingly;

2 Industry and media attention to print safety production is increasing year by year;

3 The role of online media in information dissemination is increasing year by year.

2. The exposure frequency of safety production accidents in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta is significantly larger than that in other regions. First, the printing enterprises in these regions are relatively concentrated, and there are more small and medium-sized printing enterprises with less standardized management. Second, information on these areas, The media and other industries are relatively developed, and the coverage of network information is relatively wide. The information mining of all walks of life is relatively deep, and reports on the safety production accidents of printing enterprises are relatively adequate.

3. Personal and property damage data shows that the number of injuries is small, but this does not mean that the printing company has few minor personal accidents, but only that the media is paying more attention to major casualties. On the other hand, development, because of fires and major casualties often require assistance to the fire department, it is easy to attract the attention of the media; and after the general accident, companies are not willing to ugly, so many small accidents will not be seen in the media.

In the casualties of network exposure, the number of casualties was caused by the collapse of a construction site in a printing plant in Changzhou in April 2005, resulting in 3 deaths and 7 injuries; the number of people involved was in February 2008 in Qingpu, Shanghai. More than 70 people in Printing Co., Ltd. were suspected of food poisoning incidents. The property loss was caused by a fire in a printing and packaging [Encyclopedia] Co., Ltd. in Pingyang, Zhejiang Province in March 2008. A total of 4 buildings were burned and the direct economic loss was nearly 8 million yuan. The accident with large fire and fire area occurred in a printing company in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province in May 2005. The fire area was nearly 4,000 square meters, 13 fire engines were used, and 100 people participated in the war.

4. The main objective factors leading to casualties The printing machinery and equipment have a very high running speed and a compact mechanical structure. There is no foreign matter between the printing cylinders that rotate at high speed, between the ink rollers or the water rollers, and the human body or limbs are not intended to be images. Handling, once the violation or the intentional entry will inevitably cause personal injury, and even the machine will be destroyed; there will be pressure on the molding and cutting equipment of the post-press processing process, which is difficult to reverse, equipped with a sharp blade, which is very easy to cause personal violations. Disability. The results reflected in Figure 3 are also consistent with this. Most of the casualties are related to the printing cylinder or die cutting. Most of them bite the fingers or arms, but they also bite the head and feet incredibly. For example, in April 2009, a female worker in a carton printing company in Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province was involved in the high-speed printing drum in the right foot; in August 2008, a printing and packaging company in Zhejiang Jiashan County, the offset printing machine debugging workers head involved In the offset printing machine, it died after being rescued. In addition, there were several accidents in which the female worker’s long hair was involved in the printing machine, causing head injuries.

In addition to the casualties caused by printing equipment, due to the lack of safety awareness, there have been many accidents in some auxiliary equipment that should not cause an accident. For example: DTP in April 2004, a storekeeper of a packaging and printing company in Shanghai was killed by a forklift; in September 2004, an employee of a printing plant in Beijing hit himself during the process of pulling paper using a hydraulic car. The heel of the heel caused the heel to smash; in December 2006, a man from a printing company in Hefei, Anhui Province, was smashed in the head of a paper roll of six to seven hundred kilograms and died on the spot.

Among the more than 100 casualties in the network exposure, it is rare that in July 2007, a female worker in a printing factory in Shanghai was injured due to improper operation, causing the customer's arm in the printing workshop to be pulled into the machine belt and being injured.

5. The main human factors that cause accidents are often said to be good: safety comes from vigilance, and accidents stem from paralysis. Although the printing industry is an industry with insecure factors, it is prone to various types of accidents. However, from the perspective of network exposure accidents, most accidents are caused by relaxation of vigilance, paralysis, illegal operation or misoperation. Due to the lack of education and training in safety knowledge, some operators are not even safe at all. For example, a young school worker in a packaging printing factory in Chongqing actually heated the heat generated by a high-speed rotating machine on December 11, 2005, and the left hand was accidentally “swallowed” by the machine; in early January 2006, a certain printing was carried out in Shenzhen Baoan. The factory used white electric oil instead of gasoline to wipe the printing press, causing damage to the nerves of 6 employees, causing mild poisoning of chronic n-hexane; in October 2007, Océ, a packaging and printing factory in Qingdao, Shandong, used an open flame heater in the workshop to ignite the ink. , triggered a big fire.

Among the more than 100 casualties in the network exposure, many accidents were caused by fatigue and inattention of the operators, which deserves the attention of the managers. Typical cases are: In early May 2007, a worker in a printing company in Futian, Shenzhen was suspected of being overtime due to overtime and overwork during the “May 1st” period. The head was crushed by the machine and died on the spot.

6. The main cause of fires From the main causes of fire accidents in printing enterprises, many accidents are caused by untimely maintenance and poor management. Therefore, as long as the standing and unremitting, effective monitoring of the source of danger, for the production equipment, the timely maintenance of the repair, the replacement of the replacement and resolutely and completely to prevent hidden dangers, the printing company is enough to avoid fire accidents.

7. Alarm bells are long, standing in the field of safety Science has a Haiin rule: Behind every serious accident, there must be 29 minor accidents and 300 accident precursors, and there are 1000 accidents. If the accident precursor can be identified in time, and the accident education of accidents can be eliminated, it is possible to avoid accidents. Through the above statistical analysis, it can be seen that the security situation in China's printing field is severe, major casualties or property damage accidents have occurred, and there are still few minor accidents and hidden dangers that are inundated at the printing site. In the case of 230 security incidents exposed by the network, printing enterprise security incidents are often caused by industry regulations that are not aware of security and prevention, enterprise management is not in place, and regulations are not perfect or can not be implemented.

The facts show that accidents are regular and preventable. As long as we establish a safety-oriented approach to Taishan, we must adhere to the principle of prevention-oriented, strengthen the education and training of safety knowledge, strengthen the awareness of safety and prevention, establish and improve safety production rules and regulations, implement safety production measures, and truly make alarms and sounds. Management, printing companies should be able to avoid many security incidents.
