Graphic of letterpress printing is clarity, printing speed is high, the color intensity and durability stronger than offset printing, but it is a slightly weaker than screen printing , but its layering and overlay accuracy are stronger in screen printing and flexo printing, so letterpress printing is mostly used in label production.
The distinctive feature of screen printing is that ink layer thick, good hiding power, but the printing speed is slow, the sense of layer is relatively low as well as overlay accuracy lower , so screen printing machine can be used for the printing those label of sense of hierarchy is not strong .
