Design the screen to expose the luminescent layer, do not cover it all, otherwise it will reduce the luminescent effect. 1. Selection and identification of plastic sheets

2 Polyethylene (PE). Appearance: Translucent to opaque, transparent film texture. Flammability: Flammable in flames. Slowly extinguish or continue burning after leaving the flame. When burning, the upper end of the flame is yellow and the lower end is blue; there is a phenomenon of melting and dripping. Can smell the smell of paraffin.

3 Polypropylene (PP), appearance and flammability with polyethylene.

4 Polyester resin (PET), Appearance: Transparent sheet. Flammability: Flammable, leaving the flame to continue burning. Flames are yellow, black smoke; slight swelling, sometimes cracking, styrene smell. The selection of materials is very important, because a single perspective advertisement cannot influence the driver's driving, so the degree of transparency is absolutely guaranteed. Here, it is recommended that the single see-through film material is preferably treated PET, which has good ink adhesion and can meet the printing requirements. At present, PET is sold in rolls and its specifications are generally 60cm wide and 500m long.

2. Select ink

There are many types of plastic inks. According to different substrates, inks suitable for the nature of the materials should be selected. Otherwise, economic losses will result. Before the formal mass production, it is necessary to do a good job of experimentation to prove which brand of ink is suitable for printing materials. Once it is completed, it should not be arbitrarily changed. If the choice of printing material is PET, then PET screen printing ink should be selected. Try to use domestic ink as much as possible to reduce the cost. The low price is favorable to the market competition.

Second, the printing process

Cut PET pieces to a size of 30 x 60 cm. Clean the PET sheet with alcohol. With water-based ink, you must check the printing quality of the dots. If there are any problems, you can wash them off with fresh water and reprint the dots. The full version is printed with PET black ink and naturally dry. The full version is printed with PET white ink. White or spot color inks are printed on white ink. Last screen printing PET luminous fluorescent ink. Adhesive paper is used to tear off the water-based tearable ink. Any part that is printed with the tearable ink will become transparent. Any ink that is printed on the PET black ink will leave the ink, so that the single perspective effect is fully presented.
