The second is environmental conditions. Environmental conditions are also an important factor affecting the measurement performance of electronic balances. If there is no special temperature limit specified in the operating instructions of the electronic balance, the balance should work normally under the temperature condition of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃; if a special temperature limit is specified, the balance should work under the specified temperature conditions; electronic The balance also has requirements on the humidity of the environment. For example, the level I balance requires the relative humidity to be no more than 80%.

The third is the horizontal state. Generally, high-precision electronic balances are equipped with level adjustment devices and levelers. During use, the level of the balance must be checked frequently. In fact, some users often neglect to check the horizontal status of the balance (the electronic balance often causes unevenness or unevenness of the four corners due to movement or other reasons). This is also the main reason for the inaccurate balance data.

The fourth is calibration at any time. Some people think that the electronic balance is accurate within the validity period after periodic verification, and often overlooks the importance of calibration, or even does not perform calibration. As everyone knows, due to changes in environmental conditions and human factors, the measurement performance of electronic balances often changes slightly, which requires us to calibrate it in daily use. So, how do we calibrate? The electronic balance should be calibrated every day or before each use. If necessary, the frequency of calibration can be increased.
