1. When printing papers of different textures and quantities, in order to make the papers gather at the delivery position, it is necessary to constantly adjust the opener and other attachments of the take-up tooth row. As a result of frequent adjustment of the open teeth and collision between the opening plate and the open teeth, the holes of the open plate φ18 mm are worn out, and the long holes that support the open plates are also worn, which causes the adjustment of the open plates to fail, and the paper cannot be collected easily.

To eliminate the problem, we removed the open toothed plate, enlarged the φ18mm hole to φ22mm, and then manufactured a bushing with an inner hole of φ18mm and an outer circle of φ22mm, and set it in a hole worn by the open tooth plate. Screws fixed. The worn long holes are repaired and repaired with repair welding. After reinstalling, it works well.

2. Adjust the height of the transfer paper suction on the feeder, connect a wire to a fixed bracket, rotate the wire through the knob, and move the suction nozzle up and down. Due to the tight suction nozzle, plus frequent adjustments, the wire at the suction head is often broken. Since the steel wire is different from the ordinary steel wire, no substitutes can be found. Therefore, we have finished the steel wire. Although the trimmed steel wire is a little shorter, remaking a steel wire clip can make up for it. Put the steel wire into one side of the chuck and press firmly with the press. The other end is locked in place by the suction nozzle. Then the tightness of the nozzle is adjusted to restore the free adjustment of the nozzle.

3. The clutch pressure of the Heidelberg offset press is driven by the air valve. The gas valve is controlled by the closing control signal of the solenoid valve, so as to achieve the roller clutch pressure. In the printing, we have encountered clutch pressure action late, resulting in the imprinting on the impression cylinder, or printing only half a sheet of paper, resulting in waste. Upon inspection, no problems were found with the valve, and there was no problem with the control signal of the solenoid valve. Later, when the solenoid valve was opened, it was found that there was oil in the magnetic valve coil and the spool. After the oil was cleaned, the fault disappeared.
