* Rotary Shaping Systems for Hot Filling Bottles After 10 seconds of stretch blow molding in a single mold, the bottle is effectively heat-treated by direct contact in the second mold. Then, in the oven, the crystallization from the bottle shoulder to the bottle base is enhanced to further increase the heat resistance. After undergoing this delicate two-stage process, the bottles are blown into their final shape and discharged from the machine.
* New tightness A linear conveyor mechanism is connected sequentially to reheating, primary blow molding, primary heat treatment, secondary heat treatment, final blow molding process and bottle discharge process to make the machine work effectively and compactly.
