1. BOPP film

2. Electronic engraving machine
In order to meet the needs of gravure printing production, China has imported 260-270 electronic engraving machines from Ohio companies and Haier companies. Among them, there are 110 Yuncheng Printing Group. At present, imported electronic engraving machines can basically meet the needs of gravure printing enterprise plate making. Some plate making enterprises (such as Dalian Yuncheng plate making company) have more than 80% equipment utilization rate and the rate of return on investment has reached 150%. At present, there are many manufacturers of adhesives in the country, and the products are mainly medium and low-grade. The competition is fierce. There are not many manufacturers that can produce high-quality adhesives, especially high-grade solvent-free adhesives are still dependent on imports.
It is understood that adhesives produced by Beijing Chemical Research Institute and Jiangsu Jintan Adhesive Factory can meet the needs of plastic composite high-end products. Jintan Adhesive Factory now has an annual output of more than 2,500 tons, sales of more than 45 million yuan, profits and taxes more than 450 million, there are 4 national products, 8 provincial products, 10 municipal products.
In addition, such as CPP film, vacuum aluminized film, polyester film, and various inks used for gravure printing, etc., have been produced domestically, and these products can meet the needs of gravure printing in both quality and quantity.
Over the years, domestic demand for gravure printing equipment has soared. Domestic manufacturing companies are optimistic about this market and actively research and develop various types of gravure printing machines and related equipment, and have achieved fruitful results. At present, there are many manufacturers of plastic film gravure printing machines in China.
