Development of WBO2-300A Flanged TIG Automatic Welding Special Machine

Structure of the welding machine This machine mainly includes the mechanical system for profiling welding and positioning and pressing, a reliable electrical control system and the MillerMaxstar300TI = welding machine of the United States. The structure diagram is as follows.

The profile welding and positioning pressing system is to press the periphery of the purifier level to obtain excellent welding quality. The machine is provided with a pressing system with a pressure supply capacity of up to 10MPa.

The profiling walking mechanism is composed of two profiling machines and a profiling template in the middle. The welding gun is driven by the walking of the magnetic wheel close to the model, and the profiling welding around the flanging purifier is realized.

1 Introduction As we all know, C2 gas shielded welding has the characteristics of high efficiency, high quality and energy saving, and has played a wide range of application values ​​in production, but most of its control parts have original and backward features. The control part is generally composed of three parts of functional circuits such as air supply, power supply and wire feed. At the same time, there is a mutual timing relationship between the three when starting welding and stopping welding. The wire feeding circuit adopts the controllable rectification and voltage regulation of single-junction transistor oscillation. The mutual timing relationship uses the timing accuracy caused by the resistance-capacitance charging and discharging timing and dispersion, and the defects of the principle of controllable rectification and voltage regulation. The device as a whole is relatively backward, which does not include the addition of some new functions after the device leaves the factory, the on-site modification of related parameters and other factors that can hardly be achieved. In this regard, a set of intelligent control scheme is proposed.
