This technology fills the gap of China's million t-grade soft new process carbon black production line, and its production technology, product quality and raw material oil consumption all reach the international advanced level of similar technologies. With the development of radial tires and new rubber products, the demand for soft carbon black is gradually increasing, and its products have a large gap in China. Some companies use hard carbon black instead of soft carbon black to supply them due to insufficient supply. Necessary waste. Because soft carbon black has the characteristics of low heat generation, high elasticity and low production cost, it is also called carcass carbon black in the tire industry. Internationally, the ratio of hard carbon black to soft carbon black is 60:40. The proportion of China's soft carbon black is less than 30%. The institute, based on the collection and analysis of foreign soft carbon black production technology and domestic experience in the development of large rigid carbon black production equipment, has independently developed a new double tangential cyclone soft carbon black reactor and a series of supporting equipment. The cost is only one-fifth of the introduction of technology, and it has reached the advanced level of only 1.6t oil/t carbon black for the raw material oil consumption, which is 2.1% lower than the current level, which greatly reduces the production cost of the company.
At present, the technology has been industrialized at the Carbon Black Plant in Qingzhou, and companies such as Shanghai and Hangzhou have also signed technology transfer contracts and are waiting for investment. At the same time, the construction of the hospital's 20,000 t/a soft carbon black production line is nearing completion. At that time, the hospital will also have 10,000 t-grade hard carbon black and soft carbon black production lines.
